Can you use wireless headsets with Nintendo Switch?
One of the biggest hangups for the Nintendo Switch is how Bluetooth and wireless audio support has been implemented. Because of the amount of wireless connection needed with joy cons and extra controllers, the original Nintendo Switch software did not feature support for Bluetooth headsets. As long as you have software version 13.0.0 at a minimum, you can activate this feature in the settings menu. But it’s important to note that Bluetooth microphones won’t work during multiplayer. Of course, a 3.5-millimeter wired headset or a USB receiver-connected wireless headset should work fine when plugged into the dock—so you’ve got options.
